FAM Group Bootcamp is a 3-month group program during which you will learn how to chart your cycle using biomarkers. This method can be used as natural birth control, or to conceive with ease.

Prepping the body prior to conception is the greatest gift you can give yourself and your future child. Ensuring you have adequate nutrient stores, appropriate mineral ratios, strong detoxification capacity, low inflammation levels, healthy microbiome, healthy sex hormone levels, and confirmed monthly ovulation set you up for success and healthy early development.

During the 3 months prior to conception, the follicle is developing the egg to be released. Those 90 days are essential for supporting development of the healthiest egg possible, which is why I recommend at least a 3 month preparation period.

Getting comprehensive blood work is a great way to get an overall look at your health  and enables us to be proactive, not reactive. I am trained to look at blood work from a functional medicine lense, not simply within lab-determined reference ranges that are based on the averages of the population. Even if your doctor has told you your labs are "normal," there is likely more to the story. My standard panel is $200 which is at-cost.
